How will the Mental Health Resources Team work with me?

The Mental Health Resources Team meets with you in your home to talk about your current mood, feelings, and other aspects of mental health. Then they help you develop a plan to best support your mental health.

The MHRT helps you adults connect with local counselors, therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists covered by your insurance to establish long-term care.

-in-home counseling/therapy
-psychiatric services
-prescribe psychotropic medications
-take outside referrals

The MHRT takes referrals from all Dane County Focal Points. If you are a Focal Point Case Manager and would like to make a referral, please contact us for more information.
