With the help of dedicated volunteers, we prepare and deliver almost 350 meals to those who may be homebound or experiencing food insecurity, ensuring that everyone can share in the comfort of a holiday meal. Join us in making this Thanksgiving brighter for our neighbors in need.
Volunteers pick up meals on Thursday, November 28th, at the Feed Kitchen, 1219 N Sherman Ave, Madison, WI 53704. Meal pickups are scheduled between 11 AM and 1 PM, with each volunteer assigned a specific time slot to ensure an efficient process. After pickup, volunteers will deliver meals to 8-10 older adults in the Madison area. Volunteers are responsible for completing deliveries in a timely manner and following any provided instructions regarding meal drop-offs.
